Brewed my first all-grain on saturday: classic american pilsner, 10lb 2row 2lb corn and home-grown cascade, fermenting with Cali commons and a swamp cooler. Even this temperature drop isn't keeping the garage cool enough to hold it in the 58-60 range.
Also prepped some ingredients for soda for the 27th, wife loved the first experiment with lemongrass and lavender dry sodas.

Hmm, coincidentally, I was thinking of trying a marzen with a temperature controlled fast lager schedule that I read about. I'll let you know.
The commons is doing ok with the swamp cooler for this batch so far.
