Irish Red Ale

I had a request for the recipe that I used for the Irish Red Ale that took a 1st place in the THIRSTY competition.

It is a Mixed Mash recipe.

Extracts:
3 1/2 lbs Gold Malt Syrup
1 lb Golden Light DME
1 lb Honey

Whole Grains:
1/2 lb Caramalt
1/4 lb Oats
1/4 lb Chocolate

Bittering Hops: 1 oz. Challenger

Yeast: Wyeast #1084 (Irish Ale Yeast)
