Cider Yeast (and others) in stock

Just writing to let you know we just got in a White Labs order, which includes the WLP775 Cider yeast. It's a great one--so if you're making any ciders this season, be sure to swing by and pick one up!

We'll also be getting a Wyeast order in to arrive next week and plan to get some of their cider yeast in as well--could be great if you wind up having plenty of juice and want to try a side-by-side for evaluation.

We did also just get in Fermentis' latest creation--Safbrew Abbaye. It's a dry Abbey yeast, and seems to be getting good marks from what I've read.

As always--let us know if you need anything special ordered and we'll get it in as quickly as possible!

Hopefully I'll have a split batch comparison of T-58 versus the new Abbaye yeast to sample at next month's meeting.
