As I go about my preparations with opening up a stall at NewBo I've been hearing some interest from club members about doing another order of sausages, so here we go.

I'll be offering three varieties with a 5/lb minimum order for each type. This get you about 18-20 links. Get em cheap while you can. Prices will be higher when I open up retail.

If you've been to Popoli they have a nice Spicy Italian on the menu that I made for them so I'll offer that up for grabs. Not as brutally hot as theirs, but still noticeably spicy. $30/5lb

Cheddarwurst was a popular offering last go-around so that's on the table as well. $35/5lb

Last but certainly not least, our newest local brewery has been selling out of everything I make for them, but my personal favorite so far is the Fresh Garlic link. It's garlickly for certain and slightly sweet. $30/5lb

The plan for pIckup will be at Lion Bridge on 12-13 at 1PM and 12-14 at 3PM.

Count me in for a 5# run of the Spicy Italian, and run mine at the end, so you can amp them up to Popoli level hotness. I'll pick them up on the 14th @ 3pm.

I'm in for 5 lb of spicy for pickup on the 14th... I've never ran away from extra spice; In Steven I trust.
