New Surly Brewery Open December 19

Expect to see more Surly here in Iowa soon. They are brewing in the new brewery and it opens to the public on Friday. Food sounds very promising. some smoked meat options available too.

Got to have lunch at the new taproom on Monday. Gorgeous place and it's BIG! Hopefully means we will be getting more Surly brews soon. Took a few pics.

Lunch was Duck Rillette and Hog Frites (fries with pulled pork, pepper jack fondue, and giardiniera.) Dessert was an 8 layer gateau (cake) with banana buttercream and cacoa nibs.
