Ghostbusters back...in Legos!

Post by Matt F »

Man legos are way cooler than when I was a kid. I had to make up my own Ghostbusters and the parts I wanted hadn't been invented yet.

Legos really piss me off anymore. I became a step parent 3 years ago and found out legos are not boxes of red, green, yellow, blue, etc. It's a hellicopter or a batmobile. You make it and it sits there collecting dust........it's an overpriced model car kit for christ's sake! I was a lego and a model car nut as a kid. Got my son a model car for Christmas, it's never been opened because it's not a TV or game.

Yeah, damned expensive. My younger kids got the basic set which is more like the classics and they get used a lot more. Took me some time to talk the older kids in to breaking down the predesigned sets to come up with their own madness.
