Off Flavor Training Tech Meeting #3

The third Off-Flavor Tech Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2-June at Lion Bridge Brewing.
Same deal as before. I'll bring 40s of Bud Light and we'll spike pitchers with off flavor capsules. I'll also bring handouts with reference material on each of the off-flavors.
This time we'll be covering the following off-flavors. #1 and #5 are a really big deal for a lot of homebrew and should be worth your time.
1. Diacetyl
2. Mercaptan
3. Papery (Oxidation)
4. Sour
5. DMS
