Pinlock Post Socket

Post by daryl »

Does anyone have a socket that I can use to remove the Pinlock Posts from my kegs?

I can probably use other means, but a pinlock post socket would make this really easy.
In the Fridge/On Tap: English Bitter, Schwarzbier, Cream Ale
In the keg: Wheat Beer, Russian Imperial Stout
In the bucket:
In the queue: Irish Red, American IPA

I do. Used a dremel to cut it from a standard deep socket. Hoping to be at the meeting tomorrow, but kids and wife might be coming down with something.
Text me around 6 or 7 tomorrow and remind me to bring it, or, I can give you my address to come borrow it. 319 389 4864

I have one too. If you can figure a way to pick it up and return it to me fairly quickly, I can loan it to you. I say that because I'm about to order another set of Coke kegs and convert them to ball.

It's simply a 13/16" long socket (or spark plug socket) SIX POINT socket-- with all of the points but one cut down about 1/4" and 1/8" wide with a Dremel. You should make one and have it yourself for about the $5 it costs to do.
