Summary: at least with this specific pils malt, there was 0 measurable DMS in both 30-min and 90-min boiled wort samples. Does not account for differing pils malts, nor cooling rate differences, but still runs contrary to current "popular knowledge"

There are a lot of old brewers tales that are told as fact. Great to see some data to rid some of these myths.
