Not sure I will make it yet or not but hope many of you can.
Hey everyone, I am hoping you can all make it down to the Turner Alley Brewery's 1st ever tap room event this Friday. It will run from 4-8 PM. They will have samplers tasters, Growlers and tee shirts available for sale. There will also be a food truck there for snacks and good eats. Invite your friends and relatives. I hope to see you all there, should be a great time.

I'll be there. Should be a good time. They will have a tent up in the parking lot. Bring your friends and show support for the new start up local brewery. The beer has been on the market since the end of May. I'm sure most of you have tried it. The Pilsner and Pale Ale are awesome.

So is this just a one off opening or will they always have the tap room open?

The plan is to do regular events at the brewery, but not have a full-time tap room.

Looks like Kent beat me to the punch...oh well
It's the only one planned at this time. It is more of an open house then a tap room opening. They will be giving brewery tours, and ability to speak with Travis S (brewer) and Bill P (owner). So to answer your question, no the tap room will not always be open. Beer taps will be pouring and you can get growlers to go. There will also be merchandise for sale, glasses, shirts, etc.

Do to zoning restrictions for their property, they are not allowed to have regular tap room hours. Only allows for special events.

Crossing my fingers I can jet out of work at 330 and hit this as the gate opens and stay for 30-45 minutes.

Know what kind of food there will be, and if it will be inside or outside?
Happens to coincide with babysitter night, so wife might be amenable to going before the play...

The grateful Crepe will be there

It will be mostly outside, they will have a tent in the parking lot. Inside tours will be given but only 33 people are allowed inside at time to the fire code.

It was a very fun event. Lots of folks showed up, which shows great support for Travis and Bill. The crepe truck was good, too.

Sorry I couldn't make it; got home from Minneapolis too late.
Congratulations, Turner Alley on your first event!
