I brewed on Saturday, and made a wheat. I also broke down and bought a 50lb bag of gold DME from Northern Brewer for future brews, along with a lot of other stuff. I like that one a lot and I think it's a good base for many beers. It looks like I'm going to be an extract/ partial man for a while. I don't quite have any to share this Thursday, but by next month I should have some brews for tasting.
I made my normal Hefewit this weekend as well. One of the carboys is foaming over at the mouth right now. I'm hoping to do a wiezenbock this coming weekend.
