I'm going to end up in Ft. Wayne, IN this weekend and am looking to see if there are any breweries around. My googling has only found Mad Anthony's, which, while I"m sure its decent, looks more like a Granite City type place. Oh, they also have a Granite City, meh.

If anybody knows of anything, let me know.

Looks pretty limited on BA. A couple beer bars and a brewery. Quite a few beer stores, so there may be some good brews to buy.

If you are driving, I would stop by Flossmoor Station and 3 Floyds in Munster IN. There is also Warbird Brewing Co.. Check out beermapping.com to see what is near by. Dave

Well, I'll be taking ye olde aeroplane, so no stopping on the way. I may be able to pick up 3-4 bottles at a store if I decide to check a bag.

I can't say that I have been to this place but it would be one that I would check out. http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/18735 Looks like they might have some Bells on tap. That would be enough for me.

Thanks for the find! I haven't had any oysters in awhile, and I do like some Bell's, and they probably have some other quality beers on tap too in that case.

I did not end up making it to the Oyster Bar as mentioned earlier in the thread, however I did check out the Mad Anthony Brewing Company (actually went twice, I was so pleased), and I will have a write-up of the beers that I had while I was there before the next meeting.

They had 10 beers on tap, and I tried 8 of them. One of them was green still from St. Patrick's Day, which turned me off, and one of them had some serious carbonation issues, so I decided to pass on that as well.
