The club plans to host pour events at Lion Bridge; tentatively for the last Sunday of the month.

Next Sunday, January 31, will be our first. We will be pouring from 3 PM to 5 PM. TIME CHANGE: Ana informed me this monring that they have a group from 1 to 4PM, so we cannot set-up before 4 PM. We will shoot to begin set-up at 4 PM and be pouring by 4:30 PM; and we'll wrap up no earlier than 6:30 PM

What is needed:

1) Volunteer workers; minimum of 3-4 would be good for next week, so we have enough guys to kick ideas around for set-up and manpower to move things if necessary.

2) Beer contributions; in bottles, growlers, or kegs. We pour for two hours, and in 2 oz samples; so we will not need tons of beer, but it would be nice to have 4-6 varieties that we could swap in/out. If we have kegs, we'll probably not tap more that 2-3 at a time. And if bottles, then, we can manage that offering on the fly.

Please respond to this post, to volunteer your time and/or beer.

I expect we will meet at LB around 2 PM. I do not know where it is, but we should try to incorporate our banner or our bottle cap logo sign as part of our display.

If you could provide a picnic tap with your keg, that would be helpful; and I will need assist from someone with access to the trailer to get the HW we will need to setup.

This will be a great event for us to fly the flag, encourage folks to brew, and maybe recruit some new members.

It's gonna be fun; I'm really looking forward to this.

Are we supposed to be bringing anything to the January happy hour?

The Happy Hour will occur monthly; and we would like to see at least 2 (but probably no more than four) beers to pour.

Mark Jensen and Mike Hora are bringing beer to pour. There's room for one or two more if you would like to donate/participate.

We will host the next happy hour on Sunday, Feb. 28. I will post that event and request volunteers/donations for that event, as early as next week.

I am signed up for February, not January.

So at this time, we have one volunteer for beer for this coming Sunday.

We would like to see another 2 or three beers to pour.

Please post if you can participate.

For January - I can bring 1/2 keg of Saison, growler of doppelbock, and growler of vanilla porter.

Looking forward to our shake-down happy hour, tomorrow, Sunday, Jan. 31.

I have a conflict on the 31st, and I will not be at Lion Bridge.
