Got an email this morning announcing that Backpocket will open a satellite brewery and pub in CR.
BACKPOCKET PILOT PUB COMING TO CEDAR RAPIDS IN 2016!
We are opening a NEW pilot pub in Cedar Rapids this year! The Backpocket Pilot Pub will be an experimental, full-service brewpub located in the old Sokol building. We're excited to brew small batches of experimental beers and serve them at the pub and at our main taproom. Like the Pilot Pub on Facebook and Twitter to stay up to date as construction ends and we open the new space!

Best part about Backpocket is I can bribe my daughter w/ a nutella & bacon dessert pizza to shut up and let me drink my beer.
