Time to get everyone's stuff posted for the poor guys making up the taplist!

I will have 4 to 6 products. I just need to get caught up on kegging. I will post on the festival site when I finally choose what I am bringing. My tentative list includes 2 braggots, 1 cider, 1 cyser, and 1 or 2 small meads. I expect to know later this week.

When's the practical cutoff on this? I have one or two things I can bring... if I get my crap together...

Okay, will do.. I'm going to likely bring one beer keg) and one wine (probably kegged and sparkling, maybe not though once I try it).. but maybe two beers. Nothing special this year I am afraid, been a crazy summer. I need to sample the other beer and wine to determine if they are up to standards, and that is why I've held off posting, I'm calling it close on the conditioning phase again, as always.

Please get your beers in ASAP if you have not already. Nice list coming together. If you add beers after tonight please PM me through the website so I can get it added in. A list and tags for your kegs will be handed out at the meeting Thursday. If you can't make it there will be tags in the cooler at Benz Friday as well as Saturday morning. The list Thursday night will have a # assigned to your keg. That number will be how we identify your kegs for tappings. We will discuss further at the meeting.
