Has anyone else here gone all electric? I'm planning some major updates to my electric brewery and would love to know what other people are doing for control and safety.

Also, does anyone here use Steam to control their mash temps? Same issue -- I'm going to try it out sometime in the next couple of months and was hoping to benefit from others' experiences.

I'm working on an electric mash temp control. I'm going to use a water heater element inside a copper tube with a temp controller on it. I should have the heat exchanger built by the May meeting. If I do I'll bring it for show and tell.
