On Tuesday, November 8th, Pat McCusker (the Master of Melomels, Critiquer of Cysers, the Wyzzyrdd of Wines...ok, I'm done now) will conduct a Tech Meeting on honey trials for making meads.

Caution: Once again, there will be tasty samples!

7-7:30 PM Gathering/Set-up
7:30 PM Presentation Begins
Teardown, clean-up, and out the door no later than 9:30 PM

The day and time is set....attendance will influence where we can meet.

I have about a dozen different kinds of honey in the house. I will bring most, if not all, of them.

I have 6 or 7 meads made with different kinds of honey.

I will be a blast.

No, it will be a drunken blast, based on the last one!!

As it is election night, drinking and ignoring the newsertainment sounds like a good idea.

Which yeast did you use for these Pat?

I think they were all made with Lalvin Rhone 2056.
