It’s that time of year again. Who’s running for office? Use this forum to declare your intentions
If you want to get more involved in the operations of the club please think about running for office. Last year there was a major turnover of positions within the club which is necessary to keep the club with fresh ideas
It’s not always easy work, but most of the time it’s not that bad. There are time commitments that need to be met as well. The cabinet generally meets 1 evening a month in addition to the general club meeting, and it is preferable if you can make other events that are sponsored by the club. There are also times that you may need to work on a project or two on the side.
The current cabinet is aware that turnover will come sooner than later and if you have any desire to run for office please post your intentions. A challenge will not be taken as an act of war, rather a welcomed addition to the management of the club

Only requirement is that prior to taking office you need to have been a member in good standing with the club (paid your dues) for 6 months.
