Improvement to Iowa beverage laws signed

summary:
- permit distillers to sell cocktails and license changes
- Permit distillers to sell up to nine bottles of their alcohol per person per visit, up from two bottles.
- Let “native distillers” produce up to 100,000 gallons a year, up from 50,000.
- Allow beer brewers to sell wine by the glass in their taprooms. Wineries already can sell beer by the glass.
- Allow brewpubs to sell beer growlers without having to go through a wholesaler first.

Now, maybe 3rd Base will go back to doing growlers again!?
