Spontaneous Fermentation Project/Experiment/Tech Meeting

My Fellow Brewers, I have caught the Lambic bug and I am really interested in pursuing some experiments with open-air, spontaneous fermentation.
This is best done in the Fall and Spring; requires debittered Lambic hops, and it seems that many sources suggest the wort be exposed in the country and in the proximity of fruit trees....and I have those.
So, I am suggesting that we meet sometime this summer and plan out a brew sessions, the construction or procurement of coolships for 5 gallon batches. Pick a recipe, and then have multiple members brew wort and we perform some simultaneous, spontaneous fermentation experiments sometime in October. Variations can include placing the coolships at different sites for the overnight cooling, use of different augmentations (yeast, fruit, extract/partial mash/all grain, etc.), and just do some general brainstorming while quaffing a few craft beers.
As part of our planning we can schedule one or two tech meetings that would include tastings, one after a 1-3 months of fermenting, and then again at 9 months...whatever we can think up....I might even be motivated to write this up and submit to one of our brew publications.
I am posting this just to see how much interest is there to do this....once we establish sufficient interest (I think the minimum would be 4-5 brewers), I will schedule a meeting at one of the local establishments so we can kick around ideas and develop a plan to launch/implement in the Oct timeframe.
Thoughts?
