Today is the last day that your renewal will get you an entry into the equipment giveaway.

In addition to your member benefits, participation in AHA will support our hobby as well as our political interests in keeping Homebrewing legal with minimal government intervention, and will help our Club as well.

And, if you want to participate in the ProAm competition, in next year's Lion Bridge wort rally, you need to be an AHA member. You do not need to be a member to participate in the Wort Rally and the People's Choice Pour Event.

I haven't seen one yet.

I got my book last week. Although they called me after I ordered online and said credit card did not go through and I asked about the book. They were going to send a different one that I already had. So I had to request the Classic Styles book. Then when I got my credit card statement I saw that the first charge did go through. Had to call them back to refund one of the charges.

I still have not received my book.

I have reached to Matt Bolling at AHA, to get an update.

I will let you know what he has to say when I hear back from him.

Thanks, as I'd completely forgotten about this. And, No, I haven't gotten my book yet, either.

Update:

I have not received a response from the e-mail I sent to AHA last week.

Today I called the person responsible, no answer, but I left a message.

Just keeping you all in the loop. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything new.

I apologize for the delay of you receiving your premium; and I'll stay on this until it is resolved.

Next week, I might need to start calling daily.

Talked with Matt today....everyone that should be receiving a book should be getting an e-mail from him.

They ran out of books and the books are on back order. Here is the list he had for those who have not yet received a book: Shane F., Josh P., Tony B., Randy C., Brian H., Travis K., Roy P. and Daryl M.

Cal C. has already received his copy.

So we wait, but at least we have received acknowledgement that we are owed the book.

UPDATE - I received an e-mail from Matt saying that the reprints have arrived at AHA and we should be receiving our books in the next week or so.
