Winter Seasonal Competition - Call for Judges

This is the call for judges, to judge the submissions for this quarter's club competition.
Location will be determined, once we have settled in on a date.
The potential dates for next week are:
Thu. Feb 8, starting at or after 7 PM.
We can get by with 4, but six is better. It is good to have a steward or two as well.
Please post if you can judge on one or both of these dates.
If you are new to judging, Winter Seasonal can be a good style to start judging - there are some variables to track, but you will be guided by the style sheet for these beers....don't be shy, there will be experienced judges participating that will help you along.

At this point, somewhere in the Greater CR / Marion Area. I reach out to our friends who can host us, when we are assured to have a sufficient number of judges to make the event a go.
However the schedule falls, we will have results to share at the next membership meeting.

If this gets pushed to next week, I can help judge.

I think we punt on tomorrow's judging, so let's reschedule for next week.
Here are some suggestions:
Sunday, sometime in the afternoon, Feb. 11
Monday, sometime in the evening, starting at 7 PM or later, Feb. 12
Tuesday, sometime in the evening, starting at 7 PM or later, Feb. 13
We have 8 entries....I would really like to run two judging teams on these.
Post here with your interest and availability.

I have an entry, but if you have 2 teams judging, then I could judge. Can't do Monday the 12th, but the other dates work.

I could do Monday or Tuesday. But, I'd need to steward as I have tasted a couple of the entries.

Let's do this tonight.
Here is who I have are judges: Pat McCullough, Shane F., Tony B., Karl H., and me-self.
I will try to reach out and recruit some others.
Can everyone start early? Say at 7 PM?
Clock House is a good place to meet. I'll call down, when they open and have a table reserved for us.

Judges, here is your reading assignment for this month's beer style.
Hard copies will be available to you this evening.

Works for me. But note that I have already tasted some of the entries and cannot be a blind judge. I can act as steward though.
