The Linn County Fair 2018

The Linn County Fair has a home brewing contest they do every year. I am the chair of the event. I would like to open it up to the group. If you have not been up there it is a new air conditioned building with coolers and a kitchen. After attending the last several meetings I think it would be a great chance to exhibit your home brews and connect with other brewers in the area. If anyone is interested in judging beer or wine let me know. I am trying to get judges found and confirmed. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
Chad

Hey Chad, can you post all of the currently known date, time, etc info? I'd love to be involved again if I am in town.

Home Brew Contest will be June 30th. I will say entries will be taken starting at 8 AM and Judging starting at 9. This years information has not been officially updated and released. Planning on following the same rules and set classification as last year. http://thelinncountyfair.com/wp-content ... tition.pdf is the information we currently have. I am open for suggestions to improve.

Thanks
Chad

Fire up those kettles and get brewing....beginning of festival season is approaching quickly....bottle off some of those batches and submit them to the Linn County Fair.

I will have some beer to send to this as well.

Is wine judging the same drop off times?
Abby certain criteria for a wine entry form?

Would someone be able to take my entries up? It looks like you can only deliver entries that morning and I won't be able to.

Can I meet up with someone to take a couple of entries up? I'll be in CR Thursday evening and could drop them off or meet.
