Just wanted to give everyone notice that I got an email today that Bootleg Biology will be starting their spring pre-order window this Monday, the 5th. They've got some wonderful wild and funky yeasts, and this year they're releasing a Brülosophy blend that's supposed to be a super versatile yeast.
