March Happy Hour at LB

Post by twiggy2164 »

This months Happy Hour is Sunday, March 25th

We will be pouring from 3 PM to 5 PM (or 6+ ish).

What is needed:

1) Volunteer workers; 2 minimum, but 3-4 would be good

2) Beer contributions; in bottles and/or growlers; kegs are acceptable but you will need to bring everything you need to dispense from your keg/kegs and containers/coolers to keep your brews cold. We will pour for at least two hours, and in 2 oz samples; so we will not need tons of beer, but it is nice to have 4-6+ varieties that we could offer. And, if you like, we can go past 5 PM, but that will be up to the volunteers hosting the Happy Hour.

You can sign-up here by responding to this post, to volunteer your time and/or beer.

Let's meet at LB around 2:30 PM to set-up and be ready to go at 3 PM.

This is a great opportunity to pour your brews and get feedback from like minded people who enjoy craft beer.

Feel free to e-mail (twiggy2164@gmail.com) or PM me with questions/concerns/suggestions

I can be there, but don't have any beers to pour right now. If it's OK, I can bring some of my mead??

Ya that’s great, if it’s something you’ve entered in the Mead comp just be mindful about having members sample it.

I should be able to attend. I can bring a Stout, a Pilsner, and a Trappist Single (if I have enough left).

I should be able to make it as well. I have three single-hop DIPAs, which turned out really nice. Enigma, Motueka, and Medusa.

I should be able to make it. I will bring a black IPA, an APA, a wheat pale ale, and my attempt at a NEIPA.

Unfortunately my week has been chaos and looking like the weekend will be the same, wont be able to make it Sunday. Too bad to, looks like a nice spread of beverages.

I'm in. Should have a bit of Imperial Stout, a Dopplebock, and an Irish Red.

Assuming that I've shoveled out by tomorrow afternoon and my street has been plowed, I'll bring the Blackberry and Blood Orange meads.
