Hops, Hops, and more Hops
Hops, Hops, and more Hops
As an honorarium for judging at the IBU Open, I was gifted some hop pellets....OK, a lot of hops. And the IBU asked me to share them with you.
Here is what I am bringing home...in 1 lb bags (which we can split).
Apollo (13#) AA 18.%
Chinook(2#) AA 12-14%
Crystal(4#) Hop AA 3.2%
I'll probably take about 4 -8 oz of the Crystal.
After the Club takes what they would like, I might make my first NEIPA with what's left.
Post here what you would like.

All it takes is just a taste, and down the rabbit hole he goes! "Just say, NO!"karl wrote:And, I'd like to try a little crystal if possible.

Here is a summary of the requests so far.
Except for Apollo, the number reflects a request and not necessarily a pound.....
Speak up, don't be shy...there is plenty more Apollo to use....
