Just a reminder to get your fest entries into the web app. We've got a pretty good number now but I know there's more coming. If you want to ensure a pouring slot for yours you need to have it entered by midnight on Wednesday 8/15. From the list we need to assign keg ID numbers and a multi-bar tap list. This is necessary with so many beers to keep setup and tap change-out as fast and frustration free as possible. Mark will have info soon on dropping kegs off at Benz. Thanks!

Keg drop off.
If your beer was entered into the herokuapp before noon on 8/15/18, and you are dropping your keg off Thursday before the meeting, here is what you need to know.
I dropped off the numbered list of beers at Benz this afternoon. There were 46 beers on the list at this time. Find your beer on the list, and the appropriate tag, connect the tag to your keg, and leave your keg in the cooler. Go to Thew and drink beer. The whole process will take less than five minutes. Tell your significant other it will take an hour and get to social hour early.

If you add your beer to the app before the meeting, but after noon on 8/15, you need to get a number from me at the meeting for each beer. Drop your kegs off at Benz on Friday or bring them with you Saturday morning.

We have 31 taps. We will change kegs at 3:00, or when they go dry. We will serve at least 62 tap beers.

If you bring an unregistered keg on Saturday it will not be tagged to be poured.

Can I bring one that I just added anyway? Would like to just bring them all at once. It would be hard to tell what it is since it's in a snake keg with a collar tag.

Yes, add it to the app before noon Friday. I will print labels Friday afternoon, and organize by bar Friday night. I want to have the bars organized so when we switch out it is fast and seamless.

Keg list is back at Benz. Be sure to get your kegs into herokuapp.
