Chugger Pump Thrust Washer Set

My Chugger Pump keeps seizing on me; I bought it used, so it probably has a fair amount of hours on it. I think this happening because the large thrust washer is worn, small particles are sticking to it, so then it cannot properly lubricate the magnetic drive-side of the impeller. I have replaced the smaller washer, and that has helped, but it is still an brewing day issue.
I will be ordering replacement parts at:
https://www.brewhardware.com/ProductDet ... t&CartID=1
The shipping is more than the cost of the part (still cheap, about $4 for shipping and $2 for the part); and I am thinking of ordering at least two (in case I lose one during cleaning).
If two more brewers step up and would like a set; I can get them to you for $3 a piece, and that is including shipping.
Please reply to this post by 9 PM Monday, Aug 27.....should have them about a week later.

I'll want a set and an additional spare set.
I've heard that PBW degrades them quickly and they can be regarded as a regular replacement item. I've also seen stainless steel replacements, but I'm concerned with wear that those would cause to the impeller and casting.

Mine sure screeches. But, the washer has disintegrated and impeller is clearly out of balance as it wobbles if turned with a finger.

No screeching, the magnetic cylinder seems to spin true. The large thrust washer is worn, you can see where the impeller has been spinning; and it seem to float - it does not fit firmly in the enclosure.
It will be great if it is a $3 fix.
If that doesn't work, I am considering a Blichmann upgrade (replaces the Chugger head) for $99.

I hope it's a $3 fix too. My pump has screeched at the slightest chance for the last few brews. But, as I said the washer has been getting progressively thinner and has now disintegrated and disappeared entirely. I am suspicious that a replacement of the impeller is necessary due to its eccentricity.
