2019 Cabinet positions

I would like to announce that I am running for Vice President of the club, I’ve been helping with the Happy Hour for the last year and would like to be more involved with the club. As your VP one thing I would like to make happen is to arrange guest speakers, possibly in the form of tech meetings or as a special guest at monthly membership meetings to give presentations and/or do Q&A sessions.

Also this year we will vote for a position one at a time and share results before moving on to the next one. That way if someone is not elected for a position they could run for another one.

I am running for President again this year. I have served as President the last two years. We have had some big changes like a name change we did not want to do. We have also had some fun and I have enjoyed working with the cabinet to continue to offer cool stuff for our members to do. I would be happy to keep leading the club for you.

After a bit of discussion yesterday, with Daryl’s support and blessing. I have decided to run for the Position of Activities Director rather than VP.

I may not make meeting until after 8 Thursday night. I will be there as soon as can exit a child's musical performance. Likely not until after 8. The rest of the cabinet may proceed with the election.
