Not surprising. This article came out almost 5 years ago lamenting the changes Gambrinus had made to the historic brewery.

The owner of the Gambrinus Company literally likened the changes they made to a Chilis restaurant and was proud of that.

Yeah, and Chili's is in the middle of a complete menu overhaul after years of falling sales, too - back to basics. So, these guys really had a clear idea what folks wanted - Ha, Ha!
