Best time for help

Post by jjbuck »

I am ready to try my hand at all-grain brewing. I have the ingredients and the equipement. I would like kibitzers. I can brew anytime, but would like to know if anyone who would like to help has a convenient time. I'll supply grill, charcoal and malty beverages if that's an inducement.

Have you considered if you are going to fly sparge or batch sparge? I batch sparge (I am currently the only one in the club who does). So my brew day is different than the other all grain guys. I would be happy to help you with a brew session. I am thinking about brewing this coming sunday, if you want to check out how batch sparging is done.

Not so fast! I batch sparge too. Not sure when I will be brewing next, though.
It's a good point though. It will make a difference in your brew day, and equipment requirements.
