For those interested, don’t forget this years secret ingredient is breakfast pastry. You have to use at least 3oz of pastry per gallon of wort. How you add the pastry is completely up to you.

We won’t be judging entries this year. The tentative plan (based on interest) will be to serve entires at Drink Local and have people’s choice voting.

Is anybody planning on having a Bunged entry? Our festival is coming up quicker than you think, I don’t need to know what your entry is. But I’d like to know if anybody has something brewing so we can plan to, or not to have a table for Bunged entries at the fest.
