John and I will be hosting the meeting on the 20th.

Our address is: 1722 Chestnut Ln NE, Cedar Rapids. We're just off the Interstate 380 on the NE side. Here's a map. (And yes, Travis, I took off the part about John's old house!! No excuses for getting lost this time!!!)

Now that the temperatures are back to close to normal, let's keep our fingers crossed that it's not raining at meeting time.

I'll be throwing some ABTs on the grill (stuffed jalapenos w/bacon!!) and we'll will have some homemade pulled pork sammies from the pork butt that I smoked 22 hours over the weekend .

There might even be some beer to drink, too!

I am seeing some forecasts that say 30% chance so maybe we will get lucky and stay dry. It will be a little cool but perfect with some pants and a sweatshirt.

I am going to bring some beer, but I have no time to make any food for tonight. My kid has hockey tryouts at 5, followed by a cub scout meeting. I will be skipping out early on the scout meeting.

If you can't bring any food, at least wear pants!

Alright then Tony if you insist, I won't shower until after the meeting tonight, usually people ask me to shower before events, however I aim to please, so no shower just for you. Though I probably will be wearing pants.

I pulled off a growler of Doppelbock to bring tonight. It's not fully carbed yet, but I'll see if I can find a beer hole to pour it down.

Several articles were left behind after the meeting Thursday.

Matt F. - you left your Beer Nuts notebook.

A dark blue jacket was also left.

However, all the beer that was left magically disappeared over the weekend - BURP!
