New Home for the club trailer

Domestic Leadership has informed me that it's time for the club trailer to find a new home. The original commitment we made was to store the trailer for a few years to offset the costs of installing the concrete slab vs renting a storage lot stall. It's been 5 years so that seems like a fair amount of time and my wife wants to use that space for something else. It doesn't need to happen immediately but if someone could come get it before the Fall, it would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Lee

Lee,

As I am VP this year and that office is nominally in charge of maintenance of the club equipment, I'll take on the task of finding a new home for it.

Thanks for letting us park it at your place!

All,

It's time to make a public appeal for a new home for the trailer.

Lee Paulsen and his family have provided a home for the club trailer on their property for several years now. Now it is time for a new home.

I placing an appeal to members that have a piece of land on which it can be parked to step up and volunteer. Outside is fine. Volunteers should also have a vehicle to tow the trailer in case you need to move it if you need to.

I have one volunteer so far, or we could rent a spot somewhere.

Please reply here or to me via PM if interested.

Karl

I now have the trailer.

Thanks to the Paulsons for allowing the club to keep the trailer on their homestead.

Karl - we are going to need to schedule a club workday sometime this fall. The trailer needs a good cleaning; we should inspect the lines, we might want to clean them as they were left as is at the end of the Festival season 2019. And we have mice, they've gotten into quite a bit. So we need to pull everything out, get some new totes (mice chewed through the hard, clear plastic ones; and give everything a good cleaning (and sanitizing).

We should check the floor closely for holes, those little guys are getting in somehow.
