My peach mead has been at .998 now for one week. I see no bubbles. I aerated and got no new fermentation(that I could detect).
Question: What should I use to carbonate the mead and how much? Corn sugar (I hope)? 1/2 cup...3/4 cup ...per 5 gal?
By the way, this stuff is already pretty tasty. Thanks for any help you can provide!!
