Doppelbock

I tried the doppelbock I made in January today. It had a distinct and tasty chocolate flavor. The grain bill didn't have any grain I thought should impart any chocolate. Think I might just pour it out and start over.

I think you should dispose of it too. Bring it to my house, and I will dump it down the beer hole.
