We're meeting at Hospoda for our April monthly meeting.

Folks, we really need to get this meeting situation straightened out. Month after month we don't know where meetings are until a couple of days prior. We have a list of locations that I thought we were following. This is a great way to kill a club. Nobody knows what's going on and it makes it nearly impossible to recruit new members. People stop attending because they're frustrated. Not everyone checks the forums etc every day. We just had an inquiry yesterday and I told them we'd be meeting at IBC on Thursday. Now it's already wrong. Frustrating.

I've told a couple of people that we're at IBC this month. Why the last-minute change? While we noticed that they didn't have their usual amount of beers on tap at the Festival planning meeting, they did have all their core beers available.

The meeting locations were planned out in January and posted on the forum and I believe on Facebook.

The Cabinet moved the meeting from IBC because they have no beer. We did not get approval from Hospoda until Tuesday night (which I did not see until Wednesday morning).
