The table top tap box has a bad tap. Number three. Pat couldn't get it to shut off. I fixed it. It is missing a washer.

The white jockey box needs 2 new beer out posts.

I'm not clear on what "2 new beer out posts" means.

Tap three needs to be completely rebuilt.

Beer out post means the Black disconnect that attaches the keg to the beer line.
