Matt Brewing at 9am Sunday, November 1

I will be brewing 10 gallons of Belgian Wit on Sunday. Stop by if you like anytime during the process. Should be wrapped up by 4pm. I will be doing all-grain on a two-tier stand with a pump. See the November meeting post for directions to the house. I will be watching the Iowa game too in case you are worried you would miss it.

I am brewing on Sunday. I originally intended to brew Saturday but plans changed. I think in my head I was in a mixed up Satsunday. No Iowa game on Sunday. There should be some NFL on. World series won't be on until well after I am done.
