I have seen 4 packs for sale once in a while as low as $20 a keg but it has been a while since I have seen that.

The last time I was looking, Brewers Discount http://www.brewersdiscount.com/ had the best deals I could find, short of getting lucky on an ebay auction. Just checked, and they're out of stock, this post is completely worthless.

This "Buy It Now" auction has them for $22 a piece.  Shipping is high, but drops when you order multiples.

I purchased one of them a while back and had to replace the o-rings (although it looks like they're selling them with new o-rings now), but it was otherwise in very good condition and has worked great.

Dave, you should go to the site listed here.
They currently have ball-locks for $16.00/keg + good shipping price.
Just ordered another 8 myself, since you can't beat that price!

What did shipping run?

Shipping ran $20 for 3 day UPS.

For the 8 that I got with 3 day UPS ground it was I think $42.00.
