Never having brewed a lager before, I have a question. When lagering , is that off the yeast and after conditioning or on the yeast before conditioning or off the yeast before conditioning. There, I've confused myself. I'll wait to see if I've confused anyone else.

Fermented cold and lagered in a secondary. So it's fermented in the 40-50 degree range then lagered in the mid 30s. Here's a quick read on it.
