Beer Nuts,

As many of you might have noticed the crbeernuts.org home page has been updated. As mentioned before this is in order to help new comers understand who we are, what we do and how to join. This is a simple design to kick off the pages, but I think this will be much more effective and folks looking to join our group. Of course the forums still prove to be highly valuable with current members keeping in continuous communication.

As we iron things out more, the visual ques for the new pages will be updated, we will continue to update the home page with the next meeting place and upcomming events. As always I look forward to any feedback the group has in regards to content. It also might be nice to post a few general pictures of the group in a meeting or at a event, if anyone has an image they think fitting please pass it along to myself.

There are some club pictures in the photo album on the site. There is one of about 18 of the beernuts posing for a photo at New Glarus. If we ever get the picture from the going away meeting for Larry that would be a good one with many club members around my bar. Anyone figure out that mystery yet?

I have a hard time logging in on my laptop. I can't log in at all on my desktop.

That's a good solid step in the right direction. Clean and simple yet inviting. The key will be keeping it up to date so that new people checking it out see that there's something going on all the time.

Looks good. You are better at this than me, but I would try the background color in tan like you did on the business cards and try to integrate hops or grain or something faded in the background. Also like you said, get some club photos out there. I know you wanted to get this up so it was running and you may already be dressing it up. I really like the easy to find meeting announcement and upcoming events with links to the forum location about the details of that event.

I still can't log in on my desktop. My laptop is Win7, the desktop is XP if that makes a difference. Not a real big deal, but I might not be only one.

Have you cleared your history, sometimes that can fix it. Bring your lappy to Matts and we can take a look.

Laptop is fine and porn free. The desktop would be hard to bring and I'd have to check and be sure that its really midget porn before anyone else sees it.
