Thought I'd share the black ipa I just brewed.
15.25lbs 2 row
14 oz Crystal 60
14 oz Carafa III Special
2 oz Chinook - 90 min
1 oz Simcoe - 5 min
1 oz Amarillo - 5 min
1 oz Simcoe - dry hop
1 oz Amarillo - dry hop

Dave, looks good, really would like to do a black IPA.

I fermented at basement temperatures, between 63F and 68F. Kept it in the primary for 10 days. Just transferred it to the secondary. I'm gonna let it sit for about a week and a half then throw the dry hops in for about 4 days.
