Millstream takes a Gold at the World Beer Cup.

Post by tompb »

Congratulations to Chris and Millstream on a gold for the Schild Brua in the Vienna Style Lager category!

A few other notables.

Point Horizon Wheat a gold for American Wheat.

Pabst took 1st & 2nd in American Lagers for Olympia and National Bohemian. Coors took 3rd. No Inbev or SAB.

Out of all of them there were only about a dozen or so I have had. I'd like to try the rest though.

Here's the list in a sortable Excel spreadsheet. You can sort by brewery name to see them that way, versus the original sort by category.

Tom left out the medal for Colt 45 - Where's my 40!

Gives us something to look for when we travel. Plus, we have some good reference standards for our competition catagories.

Sam Adams got a Silver for their Irish Red. That would be an excellent calibration beer for the next club contest.
