Brau Bros

Post by DrPaulsen »

Dear Brau Bros,

Thank you for reminding me of what really shitty beer tastes like.

That is all.

Your Least Fan,

All I've had is their outmeal stout, and was unimpressed with it. It did get some decent reviews though. From what I've heard they have major consistency issues. Some batches are OK and others rather poor.

Which did you have, Lee?

I've only tried a couple different styles and gotten contaminated beers each time. Iwould have dumped beers they bottle and sell. I really can't believe they stay in business.

Though it did make for an interesting "bad beer" sampling at a meeting. Got any left Potsie?

sounds like Hub City. I really want to like them. They're super nice folks. But their uncontaminated brews are so-so, and a lot of what I've had from them has been contaminated. Still, it's a nice stop when I'm headed up to Decorah or Lanesboro. Hope they've got their contamination issue worked out. I haven't had much of their stuff lately. Maybe they'll get creative with the new law.
