Hey all sorry for the short notice, however, as I told some of you at the meeting I will be brewing a Hopslam clone (First attempt) on Saturday eventing. I am going to try and start my strike water around 6PM. So if your interested your welcome to come watch in horror.

It came out ok, I brought it to the last meeting. It has great potential but finished out to wet, I am decarboating it and am going to see if I can dry it out first before altering the recipe.

Might have added to much carapils to the recipe, I was shooting for a little on the sweet side, but what I ended up with was too sweet.

Do you mind if I swing by sometime and try it, I'm thinking of making a hopslam type beer sometime soon.
