Brewing Premium Bitter this weekend

I'm planning to brew a Special/Premium Bitter this weekend if anyone wants to see my process. This will be a 2.5 gallon batch using a simple batch sparge all grain setup. This same setup can also do larger batches as partial mash.
I haven't totally decided whether I'm brewing Saturday morning or Sunday morning, so if anyone is wants to come watch let me know and I can do either day. I'd need to get started no later than 9am though, as I'm going to the beer fest in Cedar Falls Saturday and have people coming here later on Sunday.
