Does anyone own a megapot or have heard about the megapots Northern Brewer sells?

How about a Blichmann Beer Gun? Anyone have any experience with that?
Thanks for any insights-

I don't have one from Northern Brewer, but I did get one from Beer, Beer, & More Beer. It looks like the Northern Brewer 14 gallon kettle without the thermometer port (catalog item #7372). I also bought a chiller from More Beer and they used a plasma torch to notch the lid (nice!)
They are expensive, but they should last a lifetime with care. If you plan on scaling up your batches, I'd go with a bigger one.

Bob

Yeah, I recently upgraded my burner so more power, means more beer. Looking for a 60 qt. I can't seem to find any good specs. on the polarware and the megapot and they are close in price. Was hoping to get the pot that lasted and dispersed heat the best. The fittings can always be upgraded or added later.
Are the megapots a brand? and is that the same manufacture as the ones at more beer?
Thanks for the reply.

I stumbled on this post, and think I'm going with the polarware since the megapost (not including the welding) sounds close to the more beer folks at least in thickness and it might take longer to cool, but would rather have that downfall than scorched wort.
Just thought I would share my findings

I would have responded earlier, but I've been on vaction. I recently bought the 8 gallon mega-pot, and it seems to be of very good quality.
