Cedar Rapids Brewing Society

I stumbled across this at work. It is a bit of a fixer upper but looks like it was a cool brewery in Tumwater (Olympia), WA. It was for sale at $3,454,000. Good access to Interstate 5 with 32 acres. Someone bought it last week for $1.4M. New owner doesn't know what he will do with it yet.

That would make an awesome brewhouse. I don't suppose there's a couple old copper kettles hiding inside.
