Its been about 3 months since I last brewed. I know this because that's when my 2nd boy was born. So taking a day off of work to brew is feeling pretty awesome right about now. Nailed my target temp on the button too, so that's a good start.

Belgian ipa. Took the sculpin clone (http://beeradvocate.com/forum/read/2318272#2318703) and subbed out the malts for pilsner, caravienne, and sugar, along with wlp550 instead of 001. Upped the hops too, so this is more of an imperial belgian ipa. If it turns out any good, I'll post the recipe.

Good, it was working, albeit slowly. I'll pick up some more yeast just in case though.
